But getting there isn't the finish line.

It asks you to manage your time. Communicate. Make adjustments. Handle adversity. Advocate for yourself. Develop your game. Compete when things get hard.
The question isn't just: How do I get there?
It's: Who do I need to become once I do?

Morgan Stuart was a shortstop and third baseman at the University of Washington, won the 2009 National Championship, later coached at UCR and LMU, and was inducted into the University of Washington Hall of Fame.
Her own career taught her that getting there does not automatically prepare an athlete to handle expectations, setbacks, identity, communication or independence. The Roadmap Weekend gives families that context sooner.
