Terms of Service
The short version. Move builds personalized content from your own context and from content its creators publish. AI is used throughout, and AI can make mistakes, so review important information and verify at the source before you act, sign anything, or pay anyone. Nothing Move generates is professional advice. You own your private data, creators own their content, and the sections below protect both.
1. Who we are, and what you are agreeing to
The Move platform is operated by Move Performance, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Services and fulfillment on the platform are provided by Kaifect LLC. In these terms, “Move,” “we,” and “us” refer to both companies together.
By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the platform, you accept these terms. If you use Move on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization too, and you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. AI-generated and personalized content
Move generates personalized outputs for each user. Every output is produced from two ingredients: the context you provide about yourself, and original source content published by creators on the platform (“Creator Content”).
AI tools are used throughout Move Intelligence, and AI can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Review important information before relying on it.
Everything Move generates is informational, offered for your consideration. Outputs are not instructions and not professional advice. Nothing Move generates is medical, legal, financial, educational-placement, or career advice, and you agree not to treat it as any of those.
When personalization is on, outputs vary from user to user by design, shaped by the context each user provided. A creator can also choose to lock their content, in which case every reader sees the creator's original text exactly as authored. In either case, an output does not represent a statement, an endorsement, or advice by Move Performance, Inc., Kaifect LLC, or any creator.
Verify before you act. Where sources are available, Move cites them for exactly this purpose. Confirm important information at the original source before you act on it, before you sign anything, and before you pay anyone.
Translations are provided to assist you. We make no claim that a translation reflects every regional variation of a language. You are responsible for interpreting content, translated or not, in your own context.
3. Creators and their content
Creator Content is provided on the platform as originally authored. Personalization is performed by the platform, at your request, using your own context. Creators do not perform, control, review, or approve the personalized outputs you receive, and they are not responsible for them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release creators from any liability arising from the personalization of their content. Creators retain all rights to their content. Nothing in these terms transfers a creator's ownership to you or to us.
4. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of what you provide, and for keeping your credentials safe. Use Move lawfully and honestly. Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data that is not yours, interfere with the service, impersonate anyone, or use outputs to mislead or harm anyone. We may suspend or limit accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content and your data
You own the content and data you bring to Move, including your answers, your uploads, and your private contact lists. Your private data is never shared with other customers and never sold. Cross-network learning uses aggregate, anonymized patterns only, never another customer's private data. You can export or permanently delete everything Move holds about you from your profile at any time.
The full promise, including what a space owner sees and never sees, lives at /privacy.
6. Purchases and refunds
Some things on Move cost money. The price, the billing cadence, and any refund terms are shown at the point of purchase, and those shown terms govern that purchase. Fulfillment of physical goods and services is provided by Kaifect LLC. Questions about a charge go to team@kaifect.com.
7. Children and student use
Move serves students, including minors, through schools and families. A school, parent, or guardian authorizes a student's use of Move, and students under 13 are gated behind a parent or guardian link. Schools operate under the Move School Data Privacy Agreement, which puts the FERPA, COPPA, and state student-privacy commitments in writing.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will be accurate, complete, or fit for your purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Move Performance, Inc., nor Kaifect LLC, nor their officers, employees, owners, and investors, nor the creators whose content appears on the platform, are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, for lost profits, data, or goodwill, or for actions you take based on outputs.
To the same extent, the total combined liability of all of the above for any claim arising out of these terms or the services is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You can stop using Move at any time and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, unlawful use, or a genuine risk to the platform or the people on it. Sections that by their nature survive termination survive, including content ownership, the disclaimers, the limitation of liability, and governing law.
11. Governing law and where these terms apply
These terms apply wherever you use Move, in every U.S. state and beyond. Move Performance, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to that venue.
If the law of your state grants you rights that cannot be limited by agreement, those rights remain yours. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these terms stay in effect.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. When a change is material, we will update the effective date at the top and give notice inside the product or by email. Continuing to use Move after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms go to team@kaifect.com. We read everything.
