The Roadmap Weekend · December 18–20

Every Player Needs a Roadmap

More than another camp. A clearer way to prepare for the player and person she is becoming.

You'll spend years preparing her to get recruited.

But getting there isn't the finish line.

College softball asks more of you than just being a good player.

It asks you to manage your time. Communicate. Make adjustments. Handle adversity. Advocate for yourself. Develop your game. Compete when things get hard.

The question isn't just: How do I get there?

It's: Who do I need to become once I do?

The Promise
The Roadmap Weekend connects the dots before you step foot on campus.
Over the weekend, players will:
  • See behind the curtain of the college softball experience13+ Advanced
  • Learn from athletes who have already lived it
  • Identify where they are in their own journey
  • Get clear on what they want from their college experience13+ Advanced
  • Practice taking responsibility for their own development
  • Build confidence doing things that make them uncomfortable
  • Learn how to focus on what comes next instead of becoming overwhelmed by everything ahead
You won't leave with your entire future figured out.

You will leave knowing you have the ability to figure anything out because you know more of yourself, you know you can do hard things, you know you have the best information lighting your way.

Why Morgan Built This

The perspective she wishes she had while she was still playing.

Morgan Stuart was a shortstop and third baseman at the University of Washington, won the 2009 National Championship, later coached at UCR and LMU, and was inducted into the University of Washington Hall of Fame.

Her own career taught her that getting there does not automatically prepare an athlete to handle expectations, setbacks, identity, communication or independence. The Roadmap Weekend gives families that context sooner.
