Move Performance, Inc. runs Move. Kaifect LLC provides services and fulfillment. Here, "Move" and "we" mean both.

Use your real name and an email you check. Keep your password to yourself.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away if someone else gets in.

Our full Terms of Service and Privacy Promise also apply.

What you make on Move stays yours.

You let Move store it and use it to run Move and make it fit you. We do not sell it.

When you buy something, you pay the price shown at checkout. The terms shown there govern that purchase.

Move credits are spent on Move. Credits turn into cash only when Move's payout rules say so.

Invite people to Move. When they pay, you earn.

Level 1: you earn 10% of what the people you invite pay.

Level 2: you earn 5% of what the people they invite pay.

Level 3: you earn 3% of what the next level pays.

You earn only on real, completed payments. Nobody is paid for sign ups or clicks. A refund or chargeback takes back what it paid.

You get paid as Move credits or as payouts, under Move's payout rules.

Be honest. Tell people you earn when they join and pay. No spam. No fake claims. No buying through your own link.

Nothing here promises income. What you earn depends on real payments.

You can close your account any time.

Move can close an account that breaks these rules.

Earnings already confirmed are handled under Move's payout rules.

If we change this agreement, we will ask you to accept the new version.
